SuperFit offers an impressive integration with the Apple Health app, allowing users to monitor a comprehensive range of health and fitness metrics effectively. The application facilitates the establishment of goals related to weight, step count, and other personal fitness indicators.

The metrics currently supported by SuperFit encompass a wide array of categories, including:

Users can set daily targets for various metrics, including step count, flights climbed, distance walked or run, weight management, stand minutes, water intake, swimming performance, and cycling distance.

The application provides detailed insights through daily, weekly, monthly, and 30-day totals and averages for most metrics tracked. Additionally, users can customize their experience by adjusting which metrics to display and altering their order via the layout section in the settings menu.

The app maintains a free-to-use model while currently displaying advertisements. Users have the option to pay for ad removal, and there are plans to introduce advanced paid features in the future. Feedback on potential features is welcomed from users as part of the ongoing development process.
